The groomer was great & my dog liked her a lot! She's afraid of everything so we didn't know if she would sit for the nail trim & buff both. They said she did great. They were so quick & cheap as well. We will be back!
Took my 5 month old pomeranian Jax in for his first groom the girls were Awesome. My pomeranian Jax didn't want to leave. My baby looks so handsome and the few times I've been in the store was treated great. We love Petco. keep up the good work guys
Very poor service and the employees don't know much about the pets. Also have to beg for service and still have to stand around and wait. This isn't the first time I've had poor service. Don't plan on going back
Went in the other night for fish and EVERY freshwater tank was full of fish covered in ick and dead fish. One of you employees was ordering fish instead of quarantining off all the tanks and treating the system. Told another employee of the issue and she just replies “ok” and shrugs her shoulders. Thought y’all CARED for animals?? This was by far the worst and cruelest I have ever seen in ANY pet store. Your location does not deserve to sell any animals of any kind of you can even keep fish alive and healthy.
I drive a truck and I've taken my dogs there twice now..both times the lady's have taken very,very good care of my dogs.they have greeted both me and my dogs with smiles both times..
Their grooming department is the best! They do a much better job than the groomer at the veterinarian I take my dog to. And the price is much better too!
Went in for microchipping of our newly adopted puppy. It was ok, just think it could have been organized a little better to keep customers and they pets from having to stand in line for so long.
