I will NEVER go back to Petco. I’ve used Petco grooming for years and I couldn’t be more disappointed with our experience at the Germantown Petco. I took my Golden Retriever in for a bath, deshedding treatment and a haircut. I left strict instructions to trim him down so that his hair is 1 1/2 inches long all over. This would be my 4th time going through petco my first petco I went to greenfield got 2 hamsters one died that’s my first visit my second one was amazing I bought a guinea pig it came home sick and got my other one sick they paid for them to get a vet set up sadly the one passed away because it was so young they gave me a guinea pig for free and covered everything for me this was in Milwaukee then my 3rd/4th time was in Germantown I bought 2 guinea pigs from there and one was a male the other a female the male was sick I too... read more
Very misleading on their pricing! Quoted us a price and asked if we wanted to add a service for $20, but when picking up our pet got charged for nail buffing and de-shedding for $30 that they quoted us 20. I will never bring my dog to Petco ever again. Thought I miss heard her when she told me the price after already putting the credit card in, but no I heard correctly! Manager wouldn’t do anything to make it right, only argued with us and offered no resolution.
drove to Petco in German town Wisconsin from 20 miles away to by a 36 count of crickets for $6 got home only to open it up to feed our frogs and there was only 4 live crickets and 4 dead ones😠 Total rip off 😠 NOT PLEASED AT ALL!
I love the staff and selection however, I purchased a sweet one eyed balloon molly yesterday and to my dismay awoke to a deceased lil fishy. Without a second thought I flushed the lil guy before my children could see and I’d have tears flowing as opposed to the necessary hustling required to get them ready and to school on time. The kind of customer service I received while at the Germantown Petco, was bar none the best experience I have had in a long time. Lisa G. and her staff were knowledgeable and and so helpful. At the register Lisa G. Helped us navigate the coupon book and suggested things that we would need that we forgot to get. I will be returning to pick up some odds and ends and bring in my new 8 week old pup to introduce him. Thank you all for your help.
They are absolutely amazing!!! I needed help finding my dog (Dachshund and Miniature Pincher mix) a new harness. He's a wiggle worm and has managed to get out of EVERY harness I've bought him. The sales associate sat on the floor with me and Phoenix, and helped us try on 3 harnesses until we found the perfect one!!!
