Terrible customer service, especially in the fish department. There's only one guy in that department that seems to know anything about fish and because he's the only one, he's always busy. I've gone in there several times and waited by the fish to get fish and many employees would walk by and pretty much ignore me. Most of the time, I just leave eventually because I'm so annoyed. If i could rate this store in the negative i would. Never going here ever again. Purchased a saltwater fish that was apparently carrying Brooklynella, did not know at the time as it showed no signs the day i bought it. Decimated my DT, all fish but one are dead and the remaining fish will be gone by the end of the day and im completely devastated. I Paid $50 to get my miniature dachshund shaved and bathed. When I got her home I had to cut a lot of missed hairs. I'm not a groomer so I can't get them all- she needs to get shaved again. Horrible job- Not worth the convenience. Never going back. I could have don't a better job myself.
