Major red flags… With the price they charge I would recommend going to a professional groomer that cares about your pet. Would not recommend grooming services at this location.
Cashier was so rude and I was just dropping off a food order and she wanted me to get in line and it was a long line, petsmart is so much nicer and don’t treat you like scum because you deliver food for an earning, and the fact is food was for someone who works there named Jonathan
RecommendedHuge shout out Danny in grooming! She is absolutely amazing! Everytime we come in Danny greats my girl Winter by name! My girl hates getting her nails cut(by me at least) however with Danny she sits sweetly and let's her pamper her! Today she even gave me a Christmas ornaments with her pawprint!
My girls (10 and 3) and I went this evening. It’s holiday break and they only seemed to have 2 people working. We were looking at their very unorganized selection of cat trees, the skus don’t match up, there is no price tag on the boxes and where I did find the sku matches there was no price. Stopped in on Wednesday 11/9 to take my autistic son to see the animal which he loves. But was going thru the sale bin and picked up a jacket for my dog which was supposed to be $12 which is a great deal and picked up another shirt for $3. got my teil there Saturday and got him home. only 20 minutes before he started chirping and responding to my keeps in the next room
im daily buyer at petco but this time were very rude and they price there stuff one price and charge you more and they told me you can exchanged stuff if its under 30 days and bought 30 fishes and they all died on me so i return them and said they couldn't refund or do anything about it other employee there told me that person that sold them too me shouldnt of sold them to me because they were in querrentin and pretty much there fault i left without a refurbishment or anything for it
