Just stopped in. I checked online for a filter system for my tank. Online its priced at 47.99. In store its priced 59.99. I mentioned it to the guy working there in the fish area. His response was "yep, that's economics." Very rude! Will NOT be returning to this store, and I will be purchasing from a different retail chain. Wish I would have got his name. Update: called back. They are supposed to price match from on their website to in store. The man who said this rude comment, WAS THE MANAGER!

Went in to pick up a calming collar for my dog and when I got home the collar had been used so I did have to drive all the way back to the store to exchange it. Employee apologized for the collar and exchanged but I was a little disappointed that I had to go back in the first place...at least employees are nice just check everything before you purchase I guess...
We love our local Petco! We recently got a puppy and signed up puppy training! Our pup loves going to the store, everyone is awesome to us! Oliver especially loves manager Tina and our trainer Talahsee! We have learned a lot and really appreciate the knowledge they have shared! They worked with our schedule to get training at a time that worked for us which was huge! We also love the organized puppy play time to get out some of his energy with other dogs his size! My dog is very fussy on who he lets groom him. Patrick does an amazing job with him and is so patient and understanding with his separation anxiety. I have been tempted price wise to try other places but I have to go with who he trusts over price. Thank you Patrick for making Pudd his handsomest each time we visit.
