Love this store. Every time I come in with my Corgi the staff greet him by name and take a bit to say hello, which he absolutely loves. Ty and Ashley (trainers) are always incredibly helpful with recommending products and solutions to resolve any issue my pets are having. Just enrolled my two dogs in classes with Ashley and she volunteered to come in to teach the class on her day off to work around my boyfriends and my schedule. I always receive the best service at this location which keeps me coming back.

The customer service was horrible. We weren't being helped and they didn't seem to know much about what they were talking about. Also the animals looked unhealthy and very skidish.

I think they seem to be fine for a big box pet store. The employees are knowledgeable about their products and services, and pets. I like that they honor their online prices also, I've saved lots of money that way, without having to pay shipping charged too.

Wish I could give negative stars. Went in and there honestly wasn't an employee to be seen. The animals seem very depressed and the fish tanks are utterly disgusting. Oh and you really should get a better way to contain your crickets instead of open totes sitting precariously on a cart. I came in there to get a turtle, I had been thinking about getting one for quite awhile and had done plenty of research. When I finally did find an employee, she was very rude and not helpful at all. Doesn't even deserve one star, but for the sake of posting a review, it's there. I see posts about how bad the fish tanks are, let's talk about the reptiles. When it says the hermit crabs are supposed to have at least 60-70% humidity, and they only have a mere, 20%, you are literally suffocating them. The fact that they can't even control one simple thing to help their animals live accordingly makes me sick. This place sells pets without giving you full information on their needs. Like selling guinea pigs and not telling the buying they need vitamins or they will die.

Dont even deserve a one star but in order to post a review i have to put something. This petco is by far the worse i have ever been in. The store is very dirty not to mention you can barely see the fish in the tanks. It smells like someone pooped on the floor and the shelfs are practically empty. Very very poor management. I wouldnt bring my pets to this place on the fact of how dirty it is, wouldnt want them to catch anything. Get a grip on the place and get new management.
