so disappointed in oshkoshs petco. We were in the store to buy a ton of new puppy stuff when i saw a little kid with his dad waiting to shop and the poor little boy around 3 yrs old had to potty. The clerk actually told this poor kid that was crying and holding himself that he couldnt use the rest room. Really.. a 3 year old. How cold hearted . Were did humanity go. Stop running out of the dog food people buy. I'm tired of changing brands because you dont care enough to reorder.
I stopped in today with my friend, his 15 week old pup, my 7 week old pup and myself. I stopped in because when I was there a few weeks ago to start getting items for my pup I didn’t know they stuck coupons in my bag. I stopped in today to get some of my money back when I used my coupons. They were having troubles figuring out how to use my receipt to use the coupons on my items. great store, the employees are all nice and know what they're talking about.
Love this store. Every time I come in with my Corgi the staff greet him by name and take a bit to say hello, which he absolutely loves. Ty and Ashley (trainers) are always incredibly helpful with recommending products and solutions to resolve any issue my pets are having. Just enrolled my two dogs in classes with Ashley and she volunteered to come in to teach the class on her day off to work around my boyfriends and my schedule. I always receive the best service at this location which keeps me coming back.
The customer service was horrible. We weren't being helped and they didn't seem to know much about what they were talking about. Also the animals looked unhealthy and very skidish.
