terrible service I gave them one star because it won't let me give them zero. They do not keep food in stock (they waited 2 months before ordering more rabbit food that was out of stock and claimed that it was because they didn't want it to get buggy...how can it get buggy if there is none?). awesome selction of hamster supplies i bought a albino hamster there an when i did that i noticed all the different toys an foods they had just for a hamster, they had mazes, different types of beds, lots of different types of vitamins, different type of wood chips for bedding, different types of water bottles an food cups. they also had travel cages and balls they could be in an wheels they could run in. wal-mart hardly carrys anything an every other pet store i have been to has had very little stuff.
so disappointed in oshkoshs petco. We were in the store to buy a ton of new puppy stuff when i saw a little kid with his dad waiting to shop and the poor little boy around 3 yrs old had to potty. The clerk actually told this poor kid that was crying and holding himself that he couldnt use the rest room. Really.. a 3 year old. How cold hearted . Were did humanity go. I stopped in today with my friend, his 15 week old pup, my 7 week old pup and myself. I stopped in because when I was there a few weeks ago to start getting items for my pup I didn’t know they stuck coupons in my bag. I stopped in today to get some of my money back when I used my coupons. They were having troubles figuring out how to use my receipt to use the coupons on my items.
