Birds plucking feathers. Told employees and they could have cared less. Plucking is a sign of stress in birds and considering one of the birds was $400 one would think they'd care more for their animals.
Yesterday I took my dog Peeva for her scheduled appointment. Coincidentally, it was her 1st birthday so I took party hats and asked the girls there to pose with Peeva for a pic. They obliged this silly lady. When I went back to get Peeva, she was all decked out, birthday girl style'. I just loved it!! Chelsea, besides doing a super job on her grooming, really impressed me with this kind gesture. They made my day!! I would love to send a picture.
We went into the store, and were interested in adopting a cat, to give it a loving home for Christmas. It was terrible trying to get someone to help us. Two women did everything they could to try to avoid us, when asked for help with the cats. Finally got one over,told her which one I wanted to adopt, and then she was gone. Found her again, and practically begged to fill out an application, which we NEVER got.. She wouldn't even take my name, so I told her twice.
