RecommendedI wanted to give a shout out to the Richfield Petco!! My dog is VERY hyper and is about 60 pounds. I take her to get groomed there and everyone is so sweet. They’re always excited to see her and what sweater she has on that day. Candy loves getting her nails done (trimmed, buffed/ground, and painted). I’d like to thank everyone there for treating her like the princess she is. Not to mention the store associates! I also have a gecko, and end up stopping there at minimum once a week. Love Petco! The people there are friendly and helpful and obviously love animals.
The groomers are so good to my Charlie and Sadie. They always look so great after their appointments and I know they are well taken care of. I won't bring them to any other salon. They're the best!
Worst managers ever. Pets are treated like boxed items. A couple of years ago we took a ferret that we had just purchased from the store who very sick into vet after hours on our own expense. They could not have been more cold and calculating about this living creature. No refund for the vet bill, just an exchange for an 'unbroken' ferret. We were apparently supposed to wait until we could call the store and have them deal with it?
Very unprofessional. Do NOT know anything about guinea pigs. Don't sell what you don't know. Pigs.
