They gave my schnauzer a buzz cut....must have taken them 5 minutes....my cute dog looks so terrible. After paying $58 at the counter and going back to the grooming area to pick my dog up, the groomer kissed my butt (tip time!) a little telling me what a pleasure my dog was and hoping that I'd bring him back soon....I'm glad I didn't give her any tip because their haircut really stinks. I only paid $58 which I know is cheap...next time I'll go with a private place...spend a… See more

nice people, but last 3 times I've bought worms for my lizard, I open the container at home and most are dead/dried up besides maybe 5 (out of a pack of "50"). Going to go elsewhere for reptile supplies which sucks because I like getting points at Petco.
Normally I've had positive experience here but today not so much! Brought my dog in for a bath no one in salon asked customer service if there is someone they kept calling for help in salon no one sat there waiting for 30 minutes a lady came in asked do you need something in a annoyance tone I told her yes my dog needs a bath well I'm still on lunch for 20 minutes so you'll have to wait!
