I love the way they cut Duke’s hair...but We had him scheduled for a haircut on 1/31/21. He was then scheduled to get neutered on the 1/28/21... so I rescheduled his appointment on 1/4/21. They rescheduled for tomorrow 1/24/21. Today, 1/23/21 at 4:00pm we get a call that the appt. is canceled because the girls wasn’t working?!? Not only that, they are booked out 3 weeks. Ugh. So frustrating!!! I would see if the reschedule was done last minute, not 2 weeks ago.
RecommendedThe groomers are fantastic. Shay and Rene did a fantastic job with my Golden Retriever and my Goldendoodle. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They heard my wishes about no shaving and made both of my wonderful dogs happy, healthy and beautiful. Bless them. Will now become a regular customer.
Took my shih tzu to be groomed today. I was told to expect him in 4 to 4.5 hours.. It took 6.5 hours for him to be ready. And when I picked him up, his face was still boogery, hardly trimmed at all, his ears are cut sloppily. His nails are unevenly cut. I asked for a lion tail and his tail was completely untrimmed, and had to ask for it to be fixed. After all this, absolutely nothing was done to amend the situation. Will not be bringing him back to these groomers again.
Really bad experience with the trainers there, no people skills whatsoever....since when did texting clients instead of calling them become the new norm? After all that took place, and paying for training I decided to go with a different trainer instead of AJ.
Please take better care of your birds. Im very disapointed in the condition you keep them in currently.
