Store clerk couldn't stop what she was doing to help me locate an item. Less than a handful of customers in the store. Then when I called to talk to a manager, I'm pretty sure it was her that couldnt help me in the store. Kaitlyn was her name. Could have cared less, no appoligy. Said she would talk to her!!! She didn't even ask for a description of the sales clerk. So how would she know who to talk to, unless she's the guilty party.
Wish I could give them 0 stars! I'm trying to by a bed for my dog and it was supposed to be in stock. I got there and ofcourse not. I was told to order on line so I did. 9 days ago! I received an email when it was shipped and arrival date. I tracked the package when it didn't show up only to find out it was never shipped ! I called and after being put on hold twice they had no answers about my order. When or even if it would be shipped. OFCOURSE THEY TOOK MY MONEY! I was told that I would get a email within 48 hrs.
