We take our Daisy to see Jackie for a regular nail trim every 2 weeks. Jackie is the only one who can get Daisy to calm down and take care of all 4 paws!! She is wonderful with all dogs. Sandy always greets us with a smile and kind words. Best pet store in Hoover with a very nice staff!!
Walked around the store three times. No one ever asked if I needed help or even spoke. Ugh!
They have an awesome staff ! Very friendly and professional. Great Management !
