Went to the store today for advice on how to keep our fish tank at school up and running during the shut-down. Ronnie was amazing! He helped my get a filtration system, automatic feeder and fish that would help keep our tank clean. My students will be thrilled when we return to schoo. Thanks again PETCO!
Went to the store so we could talk to someone and make sure we had everything we needed for our new puppy. 2 cashiers were the only employees to be found and they looked like they wished they were elsewhere. So disappointed Came home and just ordered everything from Chewy.com
Went in to get some live plants for my aquarium from the tanks and after ten minutes of waiting for someone to ask if I needed help, I got prepackaged culture instead and left. The plant quality seems poor at this location as well, most of the plants were dying off due to poor upkeep but I would have loved to bought some amano shrimp had I been helped.
While I’ve had a bad experience with a trainer years ago at this Petco, the current crew of employees are fabulous with animals. Friendly staff, and sometimes great sales in higher end items like Plato. Their dog clothes are much nicer than pet smarts.
Terrible experience in the aquatics department. Will pick PetSmart now after this visit.

I called this store twice so I could get my dog groomed and her nails clipped. The first time, the girl was too busy to talk to me so I gave her my name and number for a call back...which never happened. The second time, I called at 9am and that department doesn’t open until 10am apparently. So again, I gave my name and number and the guy promised me I would get a call back. Well, guess what? Again, I never got a call back. Their customer service sucks and my dog is still smelly with long nails.
