RecommendedI take my dog once a month to this Petco. Customer service is always great and I love how they cut and care for my puppy.
going 8 years. my dog is sick, someone's dog didn't get shots i think, choppy hair cut, nails not smooth on 3 of my 4 dogs terrible toe groom. I can't paste pic here. this past Saturday in Buford, GA. 4 DOGS, 175$ a $100 tip to groomer I've gone to for 8 years, and 2 lbs of fudge. my husband works for the warehouse at Petco, we get a discount. Your employees at the Congress and old Boynton rd store are the nastiest and rudest people I’ve ever seen in retail. Older woman with white hair told me to leave the store because she didn’t like that my mask wasn’t all the way up under my eyes. True story. That was about 6:00 this evening. She’s going to destroy your business by treating people that way. You lost this customer. And I’m in there twice a week. Petsmart is right across the street. That’s where I’ll be going from now on. As soon as me and my son walked in we were followed around the store. We were first asked to make sure our masks were on correctly and then followed around again. Very annoying will never visit this store again.
Recommendedthe ladies did an awesome job grooming my golden doodle. they were patient with her and able to get her front legs and paws done which is next to impossible because she is so skittish about people touching them!!!
