you have lost a customer due to your "no returns policy". people can shop in your store and touch every product, but I cannot buy something , never remove it from the bag, still in original packaging and return it 2 days after purchase.

I called ahead knowing there's been some issues with freshwater fish and plant sales, so I called ahead to be sure that I could indeed purchase fish. I was informed that only certain fish could be sold today and that the fish I wanted was on the safe for sale list. after a 40 minute ride, there was one fish of the variety I wanted, and it was barely swimming. This store was a complete mess. Carts everywhere and disorganized. No one asked me if I needed help. I would be embarrassed to even work or shop there. It did smell good though But I’m not impressed at all

I don’t understand how a week after Christmas, without warning or email Petco has stopped accepting returns due to COVID? They weren’t concerned about COVID when I went in a week ago to buy, nor are they about everyone there to purchase now - only those who need to return/exchange? According to the store manager in Richland, WA this started two days ago (first of the year). Last year it’s reported by several financial media outlets that Petco’s fiscal year ends January 31st.
