Took my dog for a routine grooming appointment and got a call to pick him up early due to him biting the groomer. Now, I'm not here to defend my dog and say he didn't do it. He very well could have but he had to have been spooked. When I inquired about more detail of the incident the manager could not refer me to the incident report content. I love going into petco as I love animals and getting my pups clothes and treats, however after an incident yesterday with an employee it is safe to say I will NEVER walk a foot into this business again. An employee (women) was very ignorant to me yesterday. 12/27/20 at 6:00pm. I took a picture of a hamster, as I’ve taken pictures of animals there before without an issue. Do not shop at petco for fresh water or salt water fish I’ve been raising fish exotic and fresh water for 8+ years and recently bought some fish to add to my aquariums and they had diseases and killed 97% of my very expensive fish I’ve raised Since they were young. Went to talk about the issue an got no reimbursement not even customer service as to why they sell fish with bacterial infections and disease I’m in disbelief how a corporate company can even sell fish like so an think it’s ok to sell such fish to people who take ... read more
Have the ability to cancel orders on items from third party vendors. Either offer the items with all the purchase options as their own items or DON’T sell them. 😠
RecommendedToday was absolutely priceless. We walked into Petco and my son had his Betta "Coupon", worth $10,from Santa, and was on a mission. After picking out his fish, we headed to the checkout. He put both on the counter and unfolded the coupon and read it to the cashier. While unfolding it I quickly whispered "just go with it" with a big grin to the cashier. going 8 years. my dog is sick, someone's dog didn't get shots i think, choppy hair cut, nails not smooth on 3 of my 4 dogs terrible toe groom. I made an appointment for my 11 week old Aussie/border pup. I specifically asked if they groomed dogs that young and would trim him. I was told yes no problem when I called to confirm. I get there for my appointment, after driving from tahlequah almost, to be told by trinity that they don’t groom dogs that young nor do they trim Aussie or Aussie mixes. RecommendedOn Christmas Eve, my family witnessed something amazing. A gentleman that had appeared to have trouble speaking kept getting his card declined. An older gentleman and a young lady were helping him. They were extremely patient with him.
