I went there to buy a pair of booties for my shepherd. I bought the wrong size and returned them about 3 weeks later and bought a bigger pair. Unfortunately they did fit either so I returned them. The lady working there was super friendly both time. No problem getting a refund. I for sure will shop there again. I expected thing to be a little more expensive but they aren't.
Won’t even allow paying customers to use the bathroom and will straight tell you it’s because they don’t want to clean the bathrooms after customers.
Products are always in stock and employees are a pleasure!
Props to Matt in the fish department Hope hes paid well. Went to petsmart and the isn't as noligable as this young man. After talking me through the fish buying experience and to buy the right tank and set it up and the comeback for my fish in about two weeks. I have had no problems and my tank is gorgeous. Give this lad a raise because whatever hes making, its not enough. This boy should own his own store. I highly recommend asking for this young lad when looking at setting up a system. Apparently the GM makes her own made up rules at this store that are not even in the handbook. I can only imagine how she treats her staff. I went in and gave my sisters employee number, who i live with and according to Petco policy siblings who live together, spouses, etc ARE ALWAYS allowed to use employee discount, even if the party is not present. No where in the policy does it say My sister has to be there with me. Every other petco allows me to use my sisters number as we live together and have almost our entire lives! ... read more
