The people were really nice and so was the store but I didn't notice until I got home 2 & 1/2 hours away I was overcharged and I paid with cash. We got 1 lb of treats that were 5.99 a lb and when I look at the receipt I was charge for 23.99 for those treats which was for 4lbs! But I guess it my fault also I didn't check it before I left!
I had a Great time looking for my Grand cat stuff. It was very nice. The worker's were nice and very helpful.
Today was my dogs birthday and we took him to pick out a treat or 4 and unfortunately he got sick all over the floor :( I didn't get her name but I asked this really pretty sweet blonde girl if she had any cleaner so I could take care of it. Not only did SHE take care of it for us, which wasn't even necessary, but she did it with a smile and wished my dog a happy birthday and told us she hoped he felt better. Thank you for being such an awesome human and thank you again for doing that for us!
I took my pitbull puppy there to get training classes. And Christine the dog trainer did an amazing job! I took two classes with her and my dog is better then ever! I really appreciate the time and effort she took to correct my dog and help me get a better understand of what I needed to do.
Always a helpful staff especially Derek! Love coming here and feeling welcomed by the entire crew. Any time I had a problem, they were quick to take care of it. Couldn't ask for a better staff. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
