The manager at the myrtle beach store is an idiot. i wanted some 3-4 koi fish and he said that the koi i picked are calico and they are 25 dollars when the none of the fish are 5 inches. I tried to tell him that the price of 25.00 is for fish 5 to 6 inches and he keep telling me that because they are calico which isn't even a type of koi. My wife and I went in yesterday just to do some research, we’re looking at adopting special needs Great Danes. While we were there, Austin, the dog trainer, asked if we needed anything. We told her what we were doing and she spent about 30 minutes with us just talking and giving us information. We REALLY appreciated her knowledge, kindness, and willingness to just talk with us and not push any products on us but talk about what we may need and about other employees who have breed specific knowledge. Thank you Austin!!!
I can't say enough about how amazing the groomers are at this location. They truly care about the animals they are working with. Unbelievably special women.
Been taking by two dogs for the past 4-5 years to be groomed at the myrtle beach petco on saybrook REGULARY. After today will not be back. Girl for at grooming check in had an little attitude, was a little late to appointment 10-15 mins. Never not showed to an appointment or missed one and they already canceled us and booked somone else. Girl seemed annoyed when we came in.
