I brought my dog in today so she could practice some socialization skills (she was adopted from a shelter and has some pretty intense anxiety issues). Ms. Terri (I think, could have been Torri?) was amazing! She noticed our pup and took the time to talk to her in a calm and soothing way. Ms. Terri could tell that our dog was a rescue and spent time talking to her and trying to help ease her anxiety. On the way out she even told our dog goodbye. I had a great experience at Petco yesterday. I am an amputee and I rolled in with my cold dog on a leash and was immediately directed to the new dog sweaters and coats which were right by the front door for convenience. I bought a properly fitted coat, sweater and collar for my dog thanks to the help of the young lady working there. The man at the register helped me get set up with a rewards account too! Very happy customer. I could see numerous employees waiting to assist customers. Great job everyone!
Love Petco they took so great care of my baby because he's a grouchy old man and he doesn't think he's a dog 🐶
This is the first time I took my long haired basset. Everyone loved her! She was loving all the attention. She enjoyed her visit. I'll probably get her groomed there from now on :)
I absolutely love petco here in Lake Charles and Lafayette. I brought my 2 dogs in to be groomed this afternoon and today was the first time in his 10 years that my big dog, Ash got a haircut. They did an excellent job. I love it and so does he. They are always so good with my babies, do an excellent job, are always friendly, and their prices are half of what petsmart charges.
