We have gone to drop our dogs off for their grooming appointments two times this week. The first time they told us when we called the morning of to confirm that the groomer was out sick for the day. Today we showed up for our rescheduled appointment and they said they tried to call us to cancel due to still not having a groomer again. We have not had any missed call on our phones from Petco, this is very frustrating for us.
Really Pissed off droped my dog off for a hair cut and came back to pick him up 90$ later that’s not even the bad part they where full on suffocating my dog when they went to get him before he could even see me so I may be ranting but I am pissed beyond Believe
Negative stars! Never anyone to get fish or crickets. Customer service is worthless which sucks cuz it's the only place to go!
my mom drove 3 hrs 1 way to get fish antiobitics ans all they had was melafix???/its not even a medicine but tea tree oil 0.1 %not even good for fish.your a pet store where the hell r the kanaplex or metroplex???
Well, seems everytime I go in there to buy food or supplies, I end up with another parakeet! I'm up to 8 now, and done. Maybe time for a kitten now!
Puppy play class & training are great! Joy is learning so fast!
The staff at Grants Pass, Petco, is informative, and very helpful. Their dog trainer extraordinaire, Tara, is very knowledgeable, and kind. She has provided my puppy and I an excellent education. We enjoyed her class so much that we have signed up for Puppy Two!
