super unhappy with the experience we had during dog training. The class area is way too small. The trainer allowed another dog to consistantly bark at my dog until my dog was so stressed out he felt the need to try to defend himself. That is not the positive training we were promised.
Went over there with my 14 month old son and ROBERTO ignored us when all we wanted was fish. I had to walk over to him after assisting another customer and asking him can please help us get fish. He told us that he did not care if me and my 14 month old son had a good experience, and the store manager had to apologize for his disregard, and it was all caught on camera. Seems like some of the staff and manager are unhappy everytime I go in there. Things are disorganized. Something has happened internally, it is quite obvious. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
