Just went in for ferret cage and a ferret manager was so rude that the employee helping me had to ask about the next truck cause the cage I wanted was out of stock and manager was on her cell phone and yelled at her she was on the phone and we get one when we get one looks like I’m going somewhere else to buy my pet things and that employee that was helping me should quit amazing how management is the problem and no one does anything about it
Nothing like going to buy a specific item that you have questions about and no one acknowledges your presence. 30 min of my day of wasted. No wonder these type of businesses are going bankrupt every day in America. Never be back. We bought all pet supplies there for years. We will be going online and outside of town from now on.
What a poor experience we had dealing with the clerks and ecspecially manager (Rose). We had bought a pair of clippers from the store that we had tried to use twice and realized were not cutting because of being defective blades. Took them back with receipt and was told MOST OF THE TIME it was there policy not to exchange and to contact manufacturer. I asked what most of the time meant and she became very offensive. Very unprofessional and poor customer service! We will for sure do our business elsewhere from now on.
