I see that a lot of people downrated this store because of a single incident, so I feel compelled to write a fair review based on my own experience. I have recently adopted a dog, and took him for a full service bath here. I think they did a good job. My dog came out smelling like a million bucks. However, when I asked if they use kennel dryers, I was goven a definitive No, but that's not what I saw when one of the groomers opened the door to the back area. I wanted to say Thank You to Kaitlin who groomed Molly the bichon yesterday. EVER so patient with our very, very timid rescue who is very antisocial. Her grooming is ADORABLE - exactly what I wanted - JUST perfect. Teddy bear head, puppy cut ears... how darling. Thank you, Kaitlin. <3
