Long line at checkout. No one on the floor to help. They need more associates. Corporate give these few workers some help. I came in for some dog toys and fish but no help. Walked out emptied handed.
Do not recommend the Danbury store for grooming. Went there to get my dogs nails done and the person stopped doing his nails because he "showed teeth". When I got back home found the nail she last cut was bleeding everywhere...knowing now why he "showed teeth" and also even though she only cut 4 of his nails they charged me full price!!! Will never go to the Danbury store again...Brookfield store has better service and management by far.
Brenda did a great job grooming my 7yr old flat coat. Next time, i'll know what to ask for.
The young lady who helped me, was very sincere and pleasant to deal with. However a little overpriced don't you think !
Great store got there at 701 with my 2 year old daughter who I promised a fish and the door was locked because thay close at 700 on sundays and the girl that worked their opened the door so my daughter could get her fish I think it's a great store and really nice people who work their
