Went in to the store saturday night to get crickets for my sons lizard, the lady didnt put cardboard in the bag, i asked her nicely to put cardboard in because we live 45 minutes away and i didnt want the crickets to die. She rolled her eyes took a deep breath and proceeded to slam things around and tear open the bad and dump them in another bag, when she could of simply taken the rumbber band off the bag. I experienced excellent customer service today. I bought a 12 lb bag of Canidae dog food from here. Got home, emptied the bag, come to find out there are cobwebs and dead bugs in the food. Took the food back to Petco for exchange. Very happy with the customer service. Christina, store associate, saw the issue, brought out another bag and opened it to make sure we did not have the same issue. She was very knowledgeable about the situation and went above and beyond to assist.
Love the store have a yellow tang told us another would be ok if same size...well they hated each other... we got in store credit... even though they cant return on salt water...they understood ...great place for salt water
I love petco! Whenever my fur baby and I go there - she always gets lovins! Their trainer Sonny is amazing! I wouldn't go anywhere else! I love that all the workers actually communicate with you and share their experiences with their animals... it makes it so much easier to decide different things because I want nothing but the best for my baby girl �
Don't buy any animal from here. I purchased a guinea pig and the next day realized that she was sick. After contacting the store, I was told I would have to return her in order for them to cover the cost of the vet.. I will not be doing so. I do not trust them to actually take her to the vet; instead they'll probably just use her as snake bait.
I love how they stand behind their products! If something doesn't work you can return & get a full refund! They'll also help you figure out a brand that does work for your animal.
