My son bought a gerbil there and was told it was a male. Well, turns out it's a female because now we have pups to deal with. We have to purchase another enclosure, food, bedding, wheels, water bottle, etc. for our male and figure out what to do with the pups. We just moved and I took my little shihtzu in for a grooming today and McKenzie did an amazing job with him. Plus she was so sweet and nice to me as well.
We’ve been getting our puppy food here since we got him, but tonight sealed the deal we will always come here to buy all of Nash’s stuff! We ran out of food, made the trip to Dubuque and got there at 9:02 when they closed at 9, a girl working saw and ca’e and opened the door for us and let us get the food we needed for Nash to eat the next day. Believe Amy was her name, awesome customer service!
I will never shop at Petco again!!! I bought a brand new clippers to groom my dog at home. Used the clippers one time and called them 20 days later because it stopped working. I can not return it without the original receipt. I can print the receipt out online and the can view my transaction history online but you cant do anything without the original. I now out $90 something!! Waste of time and money.
