This pet store is horrible I purchased a litter maid from them did not get recipient. Because clerk put my things in cart and started talk to people behind me he pushed me out of the quickly. It doesn't work. Waste more litter. I ask o return it and they will not give me my money because I don't have recipient. I will never buy there again and will be calling company. It is rated as very very bad.
