This is what Instinct's Raw Bites, normally an excellent five star rated product, routinely ends up looking like for sale in the Hot Springs, Arkansas Petco store. I have both called the manufacturer, as well as discussed it on four occasions with the local Petco store personnel during the past two years, and they claim there is nothing they can do about it. We went in today to purchase some fish and we didn't stay very long because the smell inside the store was horrible. This is the second time we have been in in 2 months and left without purchasing anything due to the smell and unclean conditions in the store. Petsmart got our business today.
Petco in Hot Springs is a joke! If you have someone to help you they all say the same thing, if what you're looking for isn't on shelf or treats in bin they don't have it. When asked can they look in containers below the bins to see if the treats are there they immediately said no. This has been going for months with me but yesterday I asked at least 3 people, 1 telling me if the treats aren't in bin they are not there, then calling another associate over which both of them walked off without talking to me at all. Very poor customer service from a tall, thin, dark-haired associate named Chris today. Asked him for some help and he acted like I was disrupting his entire existence.
The staff at PETCO is absolutely awesome, friendly and very helpful as well as very knowledgeable on all of the products and foods they sale. The trainer is absolutely amazing and is working miracles in my sweet Prince!! We love PETCO and their staff and will go there always�❤️
