Petco in salina was very helpful when I was trying to get a certain brand of puppy food I wanted. friendly staff
Third time I have been in to buy Science Diet for my dogs and left empty handed. shame on me for thinking you would have dog food. With a Golden Retriever and a Cane Corso Ill be buying a lot of dog food elsewhere.
they have had the same dead bettas on the shelf for at least 3 days, a dozen others appear almost dead & floating unless you startle them, & 90% of them have horrible water conditions. I like browsing the store, but hate seeing the betta fish in such awful conditions. they are just as important as the others & should be treated better. they're living beings too
The customer service rep Sue is the worst Petco employee I’ve ever dealt with. She is rude and inconsiderate very unwilling to assist any customers. She makes my opinion of Petco worse than it already is. I have been hung up on refused service and when I told her about a sick animal all she did is say I’ll let someone know and walk away.
Always have what I need and friendly staff. Love looking at the kittens/cats.

I was looking around the store and was concerned about a little dog that was getting groomed! The young lady was being VERY mean to the little dog! I was shocked so I knocked on the window where you could see the grooming and she totally ignored me! Why would you do that to a dog at a PET STORE! Customer service sucked- I have heard nothing good about this store from anyone! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS THERE
