I have NEVER had a good experience at this Petco in the 2 years I’ve lived here. From employees insulting my dog in front of me, to employees and the manager arguing with me, to an undertrained and unknowledgeable staff, I am DONE going to this store! Today, I went in to browse, and saw their Whole Hearted treats were buy one get one 50% off. No fine print about excluding treats on clearance. We go there to get mice for our snakes 🐍 I Usually have an amazing time in the store and always donate to help the shelter ❤️💯 This time with this whole covid going on I guess ur not aloud more then two mice and ect ! I have animals to feed and I feel like this rule is ridiculous! This was Olive's first time at Petco. She is so pretty, and looks like the poodle she is! The ladies treated her great!
For Christmas I wanted to get a photo of my cat and dog with santa, so I looked up the times for when Santa would be there at this location and it was advertised for 1pm-4pm. We got the animals in their Christmas outfits and got to petco at around 3:10pm (it was snowing earlier in the day but had cleared up by then). When we went inside we asked where the Santa photos were and the lady working there said that they had sent Santa home an hour early. Love the grooming inside! They are always so friendly and fast! I highly recommend checking them out!
They could sell their items at the same price as advertised in the flyers & on their website online! ~$68.00 for 2 goldfish WTH.
