Recommendedwent in to grab some things I knew I needed for the new addition to my family a red iguana the lady's in there were really help full and even gave me a sheet of paper that is full of Info on how to properly take care of it and illnesses to look for and what to look for also gave me numbers to vet offices that will help if I need it the one woman in there with green hair is really helpful with reptiles I'll definitely go back and talk to her if I have any questions.

The manager and store employees do not follow the price match guarantee. Their in-store prices VS the online prices are marked up. And, when you ask about a price match. They always come up with some sort of excuse of why they can't pricematch. Your very lucky that Petsmart is down the street and their prices are lower on the dog food and flea treatment.
Debbie is AMAZING! She was INCREDIBLY helpful in assisting me in finding everything I needed for my leopard gecko. She gave me time to choose which gecko I wanted as for a better fit. Her advice was much appreciated and you can tell she cares for the animals! The second to last time I was there she helped me find a dog food for my allergic to everything pup and sent her home w a cookie. Excellent service! THANK YOU!
Customer service is horrible.
We had an appointment with Petco groomers and we called to verify the appointment time. No groomers had arrived at 1000 and no one could verify the appointment. Not a happy customer
