Just left this store in Hutchinson Kansas and was treated very rudely by associate #16. My husband pointed out what fish we wanted and was told very rudely not to bang on the glass. My husband by any means did not BANG on the glass.
This is a wonderful place I do not understand why anyone would not shop here they are kind caring and take time to help you
I like the store, but definitely not the grooming. I took my poodle puppy in for a grooming and afterwards he was head shy, had a fear of brushes and combs, and they did a horrible job of grooming (I had to go to another groomer a few days later to get things fixed up). Even now, my puppy doesn't want the groomers at petco to even pet him, if the step out while we are in the store.
Took my 2 Yorkshire Terriers to Hutchinson KS Petco to be groomed. Never again, they butchered their hair & charged me almost $90 ! I would not recommend them to anyone. Thumbs Down :( !! I will say Andy who works there is very knowledgeable about the products and very helpful every time I buy dog food. So 5 stars to Andy !!
