Purchased a kennel here for $50, but ended up not getting the puppy, so I tried to return the item to this store. Unfortunately I didn't have the receipt, but I did show them my bank account transaction for full price paid. They couldn't even look up my transaction with my debit card. They tried to give me $22 back, so I called their customer service and the lady could barely speak English.
