Clean store nice staff.
I had another disappointing experience at Petco in Elko. I decided to give them another chance, but it turned out to be even worse this time. I paid for my pet’s bath and basic grooming services, but all I received was a haircut. When I got home, I realized my pet still smelled, and there was no spray applied. It was frustrating to find this out after spending money for services that weren't properly executed. I won’t be returning anytime soon.
Older woman was very rude and refused my daughter and I too purchase 2 small koi fish, instead of educating and helping us to purchase the appropriate tank she just kept saying NO! Multiple times. Name unknown she was not wearing a tag.
I took a fundamentals Class with my puppy. The instructor did a great teaching me to handle the leash and teach my dog. She gave clear instructions and sent us home with home work to practice so that we might reach our goals. My puppy made a huge improvement in her behavior around new people and other dogs. I would certainly recommend this class and instructor!
Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. My Chi/Terrier Pepper loves going in and loves the little treat they give him
