Im a DSP..which means..I work with people with intellectual disabilities...when I walk in with someone who has a problem with the community and screams out I expect smiles and nice gestures not dirty looks and shit talking from the ladies in the grooming area...I won't be returning with my guys!thank u petco for ruining our time with you guys!
We LOVE Sam the dog trainer. She has helped us so much with our puppy Molly. They are lucky to have such a great employee who genuinely cares about animals.
Training with Sam is unbelievable Kolby does very good.
Thank you thank you to Kim in the grooming salon for doing such a beautiful job on our Mini Poodle Poppy! We've just moved back home to Maine after living in the Midwest for a few years. I always took my dogs to Petco Augusta before moving, and always had great results. I swear NOBODY in the Midwest can do a poodle cut!! Kim did a wonderful job - she is officially our go-to groomer!
have boycotted this store for going on 5 years now after being treated like scum for no reason by 3 employees. YOU WILL NEVER SEE ME OR MY FAMILY AGAIN! AND THIS ONE STAR IS BEING GENEROUS!
Today was my Shih Tzu Sophie's 1st grooming visit with Terry and I couldn't be happier!!! Sophie has been playing none stop after she had a nap...I think she likes her "summer cut" too! Thank you so much Terry!
Do not buy from Petco stores, a lot of animal cruelty!! Go to the website from PETA and read their investigation (unfortunately I cannot put the link in thiis message): Animals Frozen Alive, Crudely Gassed at Petco, PetSmart Supplier Mill.
