Dorothy helped us buy everything we needed for our pet hermit crabs. She was extremely knowledgable, polite, and patient with my rambunctious 4 year old. We have previously shopped at Petsmart, but the customer service at Petco won us over. Dorothy also stayed a little after her shift to make sure we were taken care of. Dorothy deserves a raise. :)

Was looking at getting live planted and they just happen to have 90 % off of them. I was helped and also given a lot of helpful advice! I also appreciate the low prices even when they aren't clearancing anything out.
Had my dog groomed there for the first time. Used to always go to petsmart but petco groomed her way better than petsmart ever has! I will always go back to petco now (-: (and they are better priced (; )
