You guys are a joke. First I walked in with a question and 3 employees looked at me like I have 3 heads. # 1 rule of customer service. Be approachable to your customers. 2nd I have bought feeding crickets 3 times and all 3 times they died in 2 days and smelled so disgusting. Never again will I go.
Half of the fish for sale are dead! That was my last trip to Petco! The rude staff can't handle the customers OR The animals!! You guys SUCK!!
I just brought my pup in for the first time. The staff was amazing, she got lots of attention, a free nail trim and sample salve for her paws. Thank you!
