Would like to share great shopping experience at Berlin location. Ordered Litterbox Genie Disposal System using online ordering, when I arrived at store I was too they did not have item in stock and asked that I wait for next delivery. I waited through multiple deliveries never having item in truck. Kathy the manager went beyond by calling several different stores, only Rutland had the item in stock. if your dog barks at all dont bring him here. my gf was in here with my Shepard today and because he barked while in checkout line they said he wasnt allowed back...most of the employees have known him since he was a puppy. after expressing this on fb others have had the same issues.. would not recommend a pet place that doesnt understand pets.

there's almost no animals (probably due to covid) but they still can't get their cleaning stuff off the floor and out of the way by 1pm on a Saturday... both the small animal and reptile aisles were filthy, with carts, extension cords, dirty bedding all over the floor. Non animal aisle were either not stocked at all, or hadn't been recovered in a looong time. I know the store isn't that busy that you can't take care of 20 animals and pick product up off the aisle floor. loo… See more

Joey is wonderful with my old man Manny. Manny is a grumpy yet excited dog and Joey always gets the job done. And squeezed us in for a skunk bath this week ❤️

I understand that fish will get bigger however they don't grow in a day. Don't tell them that you have anything less than a 40g tank or they won't sell you fish. Wanted to get a goldfish and was told they won't sell to anyone without a large tank. even after advising that the tank was temporary.

What a terrible experience... Second time too.. Gave benefit of doubt.. boom Read the right act from the start.. The very young non-respectful manager was awful.. Never again.. I have and talen of our fish as pets..

Just got yelled at (not spoken to) by an employee for taking a photo of the $400 bird I was literally about to buy so I could first confirm it was the one my daughter wanted. I’ve spent thousands here. I’ll never spend another dime.
