We loved how they groomed our doodle but unfortunately the manager Levi was extremely rude and condescending when i called about how it should have been handled better. Will not be returning!
I went to register and waiting a good 5 minutes. No one was around. I looked and asked girl at pet hospital to check me out. She asked a lady on the floor to do it. She walks up with a customer and tells me it’ll be a minute. I waited patiently for another 5 to 10 minutes while she tried to get the customer signed up for rewards. Always great staff, fast n easy.
Awesome place with good people. We brought our crazy German Shepherd puppy there for the puppy training class and absolutely loved it. We learned so much and have been able to really connect with our puppy. I highly recommend the place.
Walked in and couldn’t find a single employee. Left and went to Concord pet.
I had initially went in for cat food, but I almost always look at all of the live animals. I walked by the hamster cages and seen more then one of them breathing heavy and their tank Temps were over 80° F and they had a few that were 50% off, maybe instead of selling them, take then to the animal shelter where they will actually be cared for. There’s employee name Rachel she was very rude and more worried about start drama on Facebook then check customers out and when checking customers asked her questions she rolled her eyes and was really short with us
This review is specifically for the staunton va location and specific to the groomers present on the day of 6-12-22.Had a grooming appt. My daughter arrived on time and walked out. There was no way you can be asked to leave your beloved pet for hours within a miserable setting such as this one and pay a HIGH dollar for it. Unhappy people produce unhappiness....we all know this.Watch out people, the world isn't what it once was.....
