I will be forever grateful for the exceptional knowledge and caring Four Seasons provided me with my 6 month old Border Collie. Mooky broke his leg, needed surgery and then they took care of him while I was out of town. The precise updates and consideration for all my questions and concerns was above and beyond. We were referred to Four Seasons yesterday by our regular vet when our dog presented with anisocoria and full body hives. I am so highly impressed with this facility and their caring staff. Absolutely everyone in there was friendly and personable. Treatment options were thoroughly explained in advance and they showed me a detailed price estimate before starting any procedures which was very appreciated. No surprises. Great vet!
The vets here are friendly and good at what they do! My dog Milo came in with gastric bloat and they fixed him right up! He had to stay overnight but our nurse reassured us that he would be with him all night. He made us feel comfortable and calm to leave our sweet little puppy with him. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants their pet in good hands! Thank you Four Seasons!
Our pug was on her deathbed when we brought her here, no thanks to our regular vet who did NOTHING for her. From the time we walked through the doors at Four Seasons they knew exactly what was possibly going on and took immediate action to treat an almost critical infection. Dr. Preston and Dr. Vumbaco called and let us know constantly what her progress was and were sincerely compassionate about her care and took such good care of her. Beware, this vet jumps to conclusions and doesn't show compassion or empathy. The superiority complex is not necessary. They assume the worst when it comes to pet ownership and care. It could be devastating. Keep looking ....
Had to take our little frenchie here after an emergency occurred and our normal vet was not open. Was extremely impressed with the caring staff and veterinarians! We had a little complication with the bill after our pup had to stay there over night, but we were amazed how supportive and customer focused the front desk lady was at getting things resolved correctly. Overall I was greatly pleased with how they treated us and our pup.
