I went in here for some supplies for my new puppy. The staff in here were extremely polite and helpful. They helped me select an appropriate harness and helped me adjust and fit it. They picked a product that also came with a car tether, they carried everything to the register for me (so I could carry the puppy) and they have a free membership which saved me 25% on my total purchase. Staff are very helpful
I picked up my order from here. First, the staff couldn't find my order number. Then, when I showed it to them, they said they'd get it ready. After waiting for about half an hour, they told me they couldn't give me the order, and they didn't even give me a good reason why.
