I went in this afternoon and had amazing customer service from Beth and another lady I don’t know her name but she had super light blonde hair. They were so friendly and genuinely showed care when I came in buying things for my stressed out cat. Beth especially went above and beyond. I was having such a bad day and they really made me feel a lot better just being able to have a vent. Beth had such good product knowledge and was so helpful at recommending products Thankyou so much girls, you really made my day.
Friendly and professional groom for my oodles, highly recommend, have re-booked
Not all Petbarn groomers are the same. Very disappointing. I brought my rough collie (Alamat) to this groomer last Wednesday at 1230 because the one in O'Connor is full. It takes him 3 hours to be groomed only to find out that it's done with bad quality. Some spots above the ear is still long. His paw pads are left untrimmed too. Customer service are very unwelcoming when I called to see how's my dog doing. Not coming back to this groomer again.
