Love the staff at Booragoon Petbarn. They always do an incredible job and treat my dog with extreme kindness. Highly recommend.
It’s disappointing to note that in the couple years since I last used the self service dog bath, they still haven’t fixed the issue with the water pressure. I shouldn’t have to pay for the wash if I’m not even going to be able to rinse my double coated dog completely because the water slowed to a dribble. When it happened a few years ago, I got profuse apologies and an extra token to give me more time to be able to rinse my dog completely. Second time sending my Spoodle for a groom at Petbarn Booragoon, thank you for an absolutely excellent job, very happy, would highly recommend
Shout out to the cat haven for bringing me here after seeing one of their TikTok’s for cats that need homes. Sadly it was already on hold but maybe next time. A nice store that has grooming and also a pet wash down the back. Adequate parking out the front and side, staff were very knowledgeable and as always had a huge selection of things for animals both great and small.
