Over the past twelve months the customer service in this store has gone downhill, the attitude of the majority of the 18-25 age group is haughty, arrogant, immature, condescending, dismissive and entitled, the manager also needs to undertake a refresher course in customer service complaint handling. The staff member who served me tonight was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and made sure she price matched the products I was purchasing to ensure I got a great deal. Even though it was close to closing time, I never felt rushed by her. She took her time and made sure I had everything I needed.
