I was very pleased with my experience at Petaluma Valley Hosptial (St. Joseph’s) Emergency Room. This was the best team of medical staff you can have bar none. Dr. Cotter is fantastic. He was very busy but still took the time to make me feel like I was the only patient there. I really appreciated Dr. Cotter checking in with me and his willingness to answer all my questions.
