I went to this store to ask about repairing a power washer and the guy behind the desk was extremely rude. He said that he wanted $95 to tell me what’s wrong with the power washer. Okay. When I asked that does the $95 covers and how much he estimate a repair will cost, he flipped out (not joking) and told me to leave. And he said I was wasting his time?? We are victims of the Tubbs fire. We called this establishment after spending the day looking for an electric generator. They called us back and gave us ten minutes to arrive at their store before they were leaving for the day - well before the posted closing time. We arrived to find they had closed and not waited the ten minutes. Poor business and terrible sense of neighborliness. Writing Honda to ask them to pull their authorized dealer status.
Had just recently purchased a pressure washer online and it was delivered damaged so i called manufacturer and this guy is supposably the idiot that they hire to do warranty work on them. So i call this guy and he says sure, bring it in and I will get to it when I we get it. I said ok because what else am I going to do. I had a job coming up in about a week and it took over 2 weeks to get the unit. After this guy said bring it in I start my 1 hour drive to his place of business. New to the Petaluma area and, well, even with two 1-star reviews previously, I have to give local small businesses a try...and I wasn't disappointed this time. Armed with the insight of the previous Google reviewers, I approached with some caution, but didn't need it. Bob eagerly met me at the counter, taking himself from a repair that was underway when I drove up.
