Took two hours (5-7pm) to complete my treatment due to an unclear treatment plan from the initial exam. Most of that time I spent reclined and waiting, taking twice as long as necessary. No escape from the blasting level of 50's pop I was forced to listen to for two hours. No sound barrier between me and the person in the next room. I was referred here to this dental office by a friend who is a patient. When I called to make an appointment, the phone was answered by a friendly and helpful receptionist. My first visit was very pleasant - the whole staff is very friendly and welcoming. The doctor answered my questions to my satifaction. I'm going back!
Visit on 11/30/12 was an absolute nightmare.. So unproffessional, and reported to California Dental Board
