Caring educated staff! I highly recommend these folks.
Quite disappointed all around. First visit they gave a questionnaire asking how my experiences had been in the past. I said not great. They assured me then that the owner of the practice was going to be my dentist to ensure a better experience. After that initial appointment and care plan was established the very next appointment was scheduled and when I arrived they had me with another dentist for a crown. Very thorough kind compassionate gentle care
I recently switched my family to this facility, we are very pleased with our decision. The owner came in on my first visit to introduce herself and tell me about the facilities, great lady. Everyone we have come in contact with was so nice and hospitable. They treated us so well. I’m not a dentist but it appears they invest in their employees and latest technology. The dental care here is good, no complaints. However, they have a policy of charging and making you pay up front, even with insurance, which I've never encountered before and find odd. In addition, they do not fight very hard for you if you are denied insurance. I had to pay out of pocket for an expensive procedure because my insurance denied the claim, and their policy is to only do one appeal. That's not really enough with insurance these days. Not impressed with their business practices.
