The dental care here is good, no complaints. However, they have a policy of charging and making you pay up front, even with insurance, which I've never encountered before and find odd. In addition, they do not fight very hard for you if you are denied insurance. I had to pay out of pocket for an expensive procedure because my insurance denied the claim, and their policy is to only do one appeal. That's not really enough with insurance these days. Not impressed with their business practices.
Petaluma dental group Is the best dental office I’ve been to. And take it from someone who’s had an extensive dental history. Dr. Mangrum is a fantastic doctor and leader. She’s knowledgeable, efficient, looks at your health holistically and uses the latest technology. Couldn’t give a higher recommendation.

As a new patient one of the representatives showed me around & answered any questions I had before anything was done. I explained to my hygienist and doctor some of the issues and fears I had and they listened & talked me through everything and generally treated me with care and compassion.
