Replacement bouquet (for dead flowers) was delivered a week after promised. Chuck S.
Flowers sent to daughter were dead within a few days although grocery store flowers were fine for several days beyond. No refund offered, but replacement was agreed upon. After 2 days, no flowers, no explanation or contact. After I initiated contact, now 4 days and no replacement.. And then this when inquiring about intentions: "....... I really don’t wanna deal with with you guys ever again anyway so whatever"
