EDITED TO REFLECT OUTCOME: The business gave me a full refund. I'm so sad that I placed an order here without reading the reviews. It was my wife's first mother's day and I ordered and paid for flowers weeks in advance. On the date of expected delivery, I sent an email around 5pm asking if they would have an ETA, attaching my order number. They responded an hour later saying "I am sorry we do not have an order by this order number. Please attach the entire order and email it to me so we can help you. Thank you.
