Hats off to Petals From Heaven. Sophia was absolutely amazing! I had a very specific order- which was also a rush one -and she hit the ground running. We had to make a substitution due to being unable to locate some white lilies, but by the time she got it to my partner’s door, she managed to find two stems of white lily and threw them in as well. I cannot thank her enough for the communication and her commitment to excellent customer service. Thank you for the beautiful bouquet! I’ll be coming back.
Sophia and her team went above and beyond! I was really stuck in a rut, the company I work for needed a last minute funeral arrangement for a fellow coworker and they were able to accommodate my last minute request even though they were slammed. It was Mother’s Day weekend and even with all the orders they had she took on this last minute order and hand delivered it herself! The arrangement was beyond expectations.
